Papua New Guinea AA Arokara- Sold out! Sorry

Our Arokara is from just outside the town of Kainantu in the eastern highlands of of Papua New Guinea. The individual plantations are owned and managed by the clans who are the traditional landowners.

The coffee is grown without the use of chemicals or fertilizers. Cherries are picked by hand and then immediately pulped and placed in a fermentation vats for 36 hours. Then they are washed by the fresh water from the Aru river and sun-dried for seven to twelve days.
